The YouTuber who threatened to delete all files on Klatos returns.
A third video has now been uploaded by the YouTube channel "Listen." This time, he presents a somewhat insincere congratulations to those who solved his cypher.
Readers who have followed this newsletter may recall "Joe" is the name given by Klatos stalker, as noted in Samantha Hatchins' autobiography "Klatos and Me," which is set to release this fall. Many believe this may be in fact the same person that excerpt was referring to, returning now that the investigation has been reopened.
In the video, he goes as far as congratulating viewers for having "gotten past" his exclusion of the most important cypher in his riddle, the letter Y. It seems clear he doesn't actually want people to solve his riddles, and has every intention of toying with the success of this investigation.
When asked whether they would seriously investigate "Joe," agent Marshal Waltz replied "we are actively monitoring all possible connections." Former Chagrin Deputy Fields declined to comment.
