Recovered Diary Indicates Suspect's Innocence

A recently resurfaced diary entry, in Thomas Michael's personal journal, reveals new information regarding his connection to Archie Klatos.

As if one revelation wasn't enough; now everything once believed true about this case is undone.

In a recent affairs, the personal journal of Thomas Michaels has resurfaced; the revelation of its contents was quite by accident, having been found in the house previously occupied by his mother, by its now current tenant. Upon further inspection, the journal has now provided overwhelmingly new context to the time period when Archie Klatos originally disappeared; the following excerpt reveals as much.

“Klatos has been acting weird lately; he says the experiment has to stop, because too many people know about it. He says he's going to disappear and that he can't tell me where he's going, because they could get to him through me. I hope he's alright.”

Previously it had been assumed, rather erroneously it now seems, that these two classmates were peers in a classroom and strangers otherwise; now this excerpt along with the pages written when the investigation occurred, suggest they were actually incredibly close companions.

One thing is for certain; the previous suspicion that Klatos disappearance was premeditated is now an absolute certainty.

Who was he running from?

The contents of this diary are rather disturbing, which this writer who was granted access to its contents can certainly speak for. It suggests Klatos was plagued by exterior menaces that only he knew about. If he really did run away, something clearly caused it. Was it possible that these pursuers were what Michaels was running from as well?

We once believed he was running from the law; now we know his friend was the only one running. If Michaels' fate is any indication... he better keep running.
